We are experiencing competing urgencies with additional uncertainties of keeping students safe and healthy during the pandemic, racial and political tensions, media interpretations of new legislation… 

Our students are anxious. They are looking for sense-making, answers, connections, and platforms to use their voices.  Our school communities in crisis are questioning why or how they should go back to ‘normal.’ 

Our work to create equitable, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive learning environments is more needed now than ever.  How do we CUT THROUGH THE NOISE and sustain our commitment to reach and teach all students?
